After purchasing his first records from legendary Detroit music spot Submerge over 20 years ago, Frankie began crafting the sound you hear from him today- an expansive blend of musical movements from around the world (Disco, House, Techno, Funk etc...) tied together with a uniquely raw aesthetic and a blatant disregard for boundaries. From debauchery filled after-hours in Eastern Market to some of the most infamous club nights in the country, Frankie has been bringing his sound to party people worldwide for nearly two decades. Whether it be a sweat-drenched dance floor in the jungles of Tulum, headlining Shepard Fairey's seminal Dance Right, or heating up the world-renowned Do Over party into what their blog called "a Detroit style bonfire", Frankie’s ability to balance progressive party styles with the deeper traditions of dance music have earned him a reputation as an incredibly fun and versatile selector. Between DJ dates spread across the country, Frankie is still a force in his own city, being invited to perform at MOCAD (The Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit) numerous times, and playing alongside heavyweights like Shabazz Palaces, Danny Brown, DJ Assault, and Omar S. Banks also finds time to focus on event design and curation in his hometown and has been behind some of Detroit's most tuned-in dance parties, including resident nights at Marble Bar, The Old Miami, The Skip, and his own rotating series of events,"SNACKS". Recently Frankie came on board as event producer and resident DJ for the Do Over Detroit, which has featured artists like Questlove and Benji B performing alongside a slew of local talent. 

Whether spinning for an intimate crowd of 50 or playing for thousands, Frankie's musical versatility, impeccable song selection, and ability to read a room like no other will always engage and move.
